INCOMPLETE MATCHES (a) An incomplete match is one in which inclement weather or other external conditions [eg: rain, frost, light, time, safety concerns, etc] causes play to cease before the match has reached a conclusion. (b) All completed sets and games will be counted towards determining if a result has been reached. (c) If a match cannot finish, the actual scores shall be recorded on the scorecard, signed by both captains and a mailform with the actual scores sent to the appropriate Record Secretary by the home team. (d) Home and away matches may be transferred to another venue if both captains agree.
